How to turn on Mamaroo:

If its still not turning on, Try adjusting the volume on the music-playing device. If the MP3 player still isn’t working, double-check that the cord is plugged in on both ends. The sparks you see when attaching the mamaRoo power supply to a wall outlet or connecting the power cord to the seat base are normal.

How to reset Mamaroo Swing:
To reset your Mamaroo, follow the 6 steps below;
1. Turn off the power to the Mamaroo base unit.
2. Remove the battery from the base unit.
3. Press and hold the “connect” button on the back of the base unit for 10 seconds.
4. While still holding the “connect” button, insert the battery back into the base unit.
5. release the “connect” button.
6. The Mamaroo will enter pairing mode and the light on the back will be flashing blue and green.
