Close to the base, mamaRoo has a large white strap that is used to adjust the seat back. There are two ways to adjust this strap – by loosening or tightening it. If you loosen the strap, you can recline the seat back further. If you tighten the strap, you will return the seat back to its upright position.

You can also recline the mamaRoo canopy, which is useful for providing additional shade and protection from the elements. To adjust the canopy, simply press the button located on the side of the infant seat to move it up or down. The height of the mamaRoo can also be adjusted by pressing a lever on either side of the base as needed.

To recline the mamaRoo3, you will need to pull the plastic recline lock using your hand or your foot and you’ll notice that the seat can now move along the bar easily.

When the recline lock is still pulled, you can adjust the mamaRoo to the angle of your choosing.

Once you decide on the angle you want your baby to be on, you can push back the recline lock located close to the base of your mamaRoo.
